The successful candidate will be entrusted with building strong relationships with end users, prospects and partners, evangelizing our client’s value proposition and building high-growth, repeatable business. 

The Position:

Leveraging partners to drive growth, you will work with the Vice President of Sales in:

  • Executing a comprehensive business plan for each account to develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Being a trusted advisor for prospects and customers and prospects through developing expert-level knowledge of the value proposition
  • Meticulously orchestrating all customer activities and engagements, including technical, product management, customer support, and finance
  • Promptly sharing all customer information with internal teams using CRM tools
  • Building a strong pipeline of opportunities in your region
  • Providing accurate forecasting of quarterly bookings and business plan
  • Collaborating with marketing for important events

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years’ recent experience in public safety software sales, either records management, 911 dispatch, or CAD
  • A strong understanding and connections with channel partners covering this region
  • Proven hands-on experience of selling in State/Local Government, Education, or Corporate/Courts verticals
  • A hunter-mindset and a go-getter personality
  • Experience of establishing and fostering strong customer relationships
  • High integrity and a consultative approach to winning customer trust
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • A deep understanding of customers’ decision-making processes
