This is an amazing opportunity for a senior sales professional who has a history of dominating their territory and wants to make an impact on building the next Unicorn.

The Position:

As Business Development Manager, you will be entrusted with building and owning strong relationships with end users, prospects and partners, evangelizing our client’s value proposition and building high growth and repeatable business in your territory.  Leveraging partners to drive growth, you will work with systems engineering, customer success, product management, professional services, support, and finance teams, key responsibilities to include:

  • Executing a comprehensive business plan for each account to develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Offering a white-glove experience and being a trusted advisor for prospects and customers and prospects
  • Develop expert-level knowledge of the value proposition
  • Meticulously orchestrating all customer activities and engagements, involving systems engineering, product management, customer support, and finance
  • Promptly sharing all customer information with internal teams using CRM tools
  • Building a strong pipeline of opportunities in your region
  • Providing accurate forecasting of quarterly bookings and business plan
  • Collaborating with marketing for important events

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years’ recent experience in enterprise sales including identity and access management
  • A strong understanding and connections with channel partners covering this region
  • Proven hands-on experience of selling to CIO or CISO teams at large enterprises
  • A hunter-mindset and a go-getter personality
  • Experience of establishing and fostering strong customer relationships
  • High integrity and a consultative approach to winning customer trust
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • A deep understanding of customers’ decision-making processes
  • Functional knowledge of hybrid deployments of Identity and Access Management and Multi Factor Authentication
