Banking Associate

The banking group of our client’s New York office is presently seeking to appoint junior candidates, (class of 2020 to 2021) with general finance experience.

Applicants should have experience of preparing closing documents, drafting/reviewing UCC financing statements, drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements and other loan documents as well as general corporate experience. A high level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience is preferred.
