Attorney

A full-service, Am Law 200 law firm is currently seeking a qualified attorney with a minimum of five years’ commercial finance experience to join its expanding Business Transactions practice group.

The Opportunity:

The preferred candidate will have experience of working with banks and other financial institutions on different aspects of the lending process, including traditional secured and unsecured revolving credit and term loans, syndicated loans, and construction and real estate financing. Applicants should have strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, and outstanding interpersonal skills.  This position offers continued professional development and support of personal practice growth through client development initiatives and will be based in either of the firm’s  Minneapolis, Kansas City, St. Louis or Chicago offices. Lawyers should be bar accredited in whichever state they practise.
