The corporate practice of successful commercial law firm is currently seeking a mid-level associate to junior partner level attorney to handle the day-to-day needs of its clients and actively manage client relationships.

Candidates for this position should have a minimum of four years’ experience (ideally with a major law firm)  in M&A transactions, corporate governance, and general corporate experience, including the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial transaction documentation. 

Additional experience in joint venture transactions, and in venture capital and private equity, will be favourably considered.  Applicants must also possess strong academic credentials.
