An established Am100 law firm is presently seeking a Spanish speaking associate for its growing international arbitration practice group.
Based at either its Washington DC or New York offices, the firm is looking to hear from candidates with 3 to 5 years’ experience in a successful international dispute resolution practice, with particular involvement in international commercial arbitration and investor state arbitration.
Procedural experience with the major arbitral rules is a must, in particular UNCITRAL, ICSID, ICC, LCIA, SCC, and SIAC Rules.
The firm is currently expanding its Latin American arbitration work, so written and verbal fluency in Spanish (ideally as well as cultural knowledge of the region) is required.
