Operating across financial institutions, energy, infrastructure & resources, consumer markets, transportation, technology, life sciences and healthcare, the firm’s New York Office is currently seeking to appoint a qualified lawyer with 3 to 6 years’ project finance experience. 

The candidate must have strong competency in drafting and negotiating principal financing documentation and reviewing project documentation.  Where permitted by applicable law, applicants must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered.
