    Proven specification sales professional required to drive market share in the south west for a leading designer and installer of kitchen extraction systems and general ventilation for factories and offices.

    The Position:

    The appointed Area Sales Manager will assume responsibility for:

    • Selling our client’s ventilation systems and upgrades
    • Winning specifications for new build and refurbishment projects
    • Liaising with architects, specifiers, engineers and end users
    • Proactively driving new business development
    • Fostering lasting relationships with existing customers

    The Candidate:

    Applicants will need to demonstrate:

    • A track record of field sales success
    • Proven experience in the commercial ventilation sector
    • A strong network of contacts among specifiers, architects and installers
    • Experience of meeting and exceeding KPI, sales and margin targets
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • First class contractual negotiation and closing abilities
