The Position:

The successful candidate will assume responsibility for:

  • Processing invoices and customer payments
  • Booking goods in
  • Processing back orders and sales order reports
  • Preparing paperwork for stock takes
  • Supplier invoice input
  • Processing company Visa receipts
  • Updating petty cash spreadsheet
  • Dealing with queries such as statement requests, copy invoices, etc
  • Compiling analysis reports as required
  • General administrative duties such as stationery orders, filing, post, covering telephones when sales/support absent etc

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of two years’ administrative and general accounts experience
  • Experience of Sage (desirable but not essential)
  • Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills
  • A professional, friendly and diligent manner
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Excellent administrative and numeracy capabilities
