    Competent and committed office manager/coordinator require to ensure the smooth administrative running of our client’s established finance, service and management teams.

    The Position:

    The appointed Business Support Administrator will provide administration support to all line managers and the finance and service departments in particular.  This will principally involve:

    • Assisting the service team with engineers’ reports, invoicing, diary scheduling and maintenance proposals
    • Materials management, product procurement and invoice paperwork
    • Assisting with sales quotations and documentation
    • Checking expense and mileage claims for authorisation by the General Manager
    • Maintaining staff movement sheets, holidays and sickness records
    • Answering telephone calls via direct or group pickup
    • Assisting with fleet/vehicle issues and records
    • Ensuring that all incoming post is collected, stamped in and distributed
    • Complying with relevant company procedures and QA policy at all times
    • Maintaining stationary and uniform stock and ensure its correct use

    The Candidate:

    Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

    • A minimum of two years’ prior experience in a business support / administration capacity
    • A good general standard of educational attainment (numeracy and literacy)
    • Competence in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access
    • A familiarly with basic accounting and business ledgers
    • Excellent communication skills via telephone and face to face
    • Good time management and a tidy, methodical approach to task management
